ALEXANDRIA, VA — House of Delegates Minority Leader Don Scott drove three hours north from Portsmouth to attend Virginia Asian American and Pacific Islander Caucus (VAAPIC) first in-person event in Northern Virginia since the caucus was established in 2021.
