Governor Glenn Youngkin’s process on rights restoration remains a mystery — including date on how many former felons have had their voting rights restored.

Governor Glenn Youngkin altered the process for restoring voting rights after Governor Ralph Northam left office. It remains unclear as to what the voting rights restoration process is. It’s also unknown how many individuals have had their voting rights restored during Youngkin’s time in office as compared to Northam.
