➡️ MYRA PAYNE SD19. Republican Senator John Cosgrove announced his retirement yesterday. Retired Army Lt. Colonel Myra Payne (D) is now alone with no competition. Cosgrove is part of a wave of retirements in the Virginia Senate. He is the ninth State Senator to announce retirement.
➡️ IRVO OTIENO VIDEO PUBLIC. Part of the video related to the death in custody of Irvo Otieno has been released and can be viewed here. “BREAKING: Newly released hospital surveillance of Irvo Otieno’s death shows him being DRAGGED into an admissions room in handcuffs and leg irons. Then Henrico County (VA) sheriff's deputies & medical staff PILE on top of the shackled 28-yo for 11 MINUTES until he stops moving!” attorney Ben Crump posted on social media this morning. The video was aired on the Today Show this morning.
