Sierra Jenkins was shot and killed in the early morning hours of March 19.

Sierra Jenkins, 25, was shot and killed on Friday, March 18 on Granby Street in Norfolk, Va. She was an education reported for The Virginian Pilot. In all, 17 people were injured and 4 dead from gun violence this weekend.
