SHOCKING AUDIO ROCKS CASINO REFERENDUM. 🚩 Four days before an Election Day that will yield the answer as to whether or not voters will approve a multi-million dollar casino and resort deal slated for Richmond’s south side, a divisive scandal featuring racist and anti-Semitic hate speech directed at casino opponents hits the news.

The shocking negative commentary made by Radio One’s 99.5 The Box/Praise 104.7 Richmond radio host Preston Brown, broadcasting on 99.5 The Box/Praise 104.7 Richmond, a show created to amplify supporting views on the casino, was beyond vitriolic.

The embarrassing unforced error by casino backers is made even more divisive against the backdrop of a war in the Middle East launched by a Oct. 7 terrorist attack on Jewish people that’s been cited as the worst day of violence towards members of the Jewish faith since the Holocaust.
