After evidence that legal voters were purged following an August 7, 2024 executive order by Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin, the Department of Justice sued Virginia for purging voters. CBS reported yesterday that Gov. Youngkin called GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump personally with the news on the ruling. Youngkin and Trump will campaign together on Nov. 2 in Salem, Va.
