Loudoun NAACP Scholarship Awards
Loudoun NAACP President, Pastor Michelle Thomas: Each year the NAACP Loudoun Branch provides scholarships to outstanding students who display academic excellence and demonstrate early signs of leadership and commitment to social justice. This year the branch has awarded nearly $40,000 in scholarships to Loudoun County residents. Last night we were proud to present 3 NAACP Loudoun Branch Scholarships and the coveted Fitz Alexander Campbell Thomas Memorial Scholarship to Freedom High School Graduating Seniors: Christine Robinson, Kendall George, Nathan Jenkins, Nathan Jenkins, a fearless advocate for others also received the F.A.C.T. Memorial Scholarship.
