RICHMOND, VA — 🦀 In Church Hill on Sunday, Sept. 24 the weather didn't dissuade anyone from showing up at J.J. Minor’s fourth annual Crab & Q. The event took place at 815 North 35th Street at 1:00 p.m. as it did last year. There was a little rain last year as well, and there was also over 2,000 people in attendance. There was over four hours of music, free food, entertainment and lots of community.
