👊🏽 PAT KING EVENT IN CHESAPEAKE. On Sunday, Oct. 2, Chesapeake City Council candidate and current Chesapeake School Board member, Pat King held an event that featured several big names including former Lt. Governor Justin Fairfax, Congressman Bobby Scott, State Senator Lionell Spruill and Del. Cliff Hayes.
👊🏽 MUGLER KICKOFF IN HAMPTON. Last night former Delegate Martha Mugler kicked off her campaign for Hampton City Council at a very well attended event in Pheobus that featured Rep. Bobby Scott and Senator Mark Warner and food from a very popular Black-owned business: Mango Mangeaux at 33 E. Mellen in Hampton. There were beignets served at it was glorious. In 2021, Mugler lost to Republican challenger A.C. Cordoza by 94 votes in one the closest races in Virginia.
