Fentanyl Event in Petersburg

According to data from the Virginia Department of Health, Petersburg, Virginia has the second worst rate per capita of fentanyl deaths: 101.8 per 100,000 people. That places Petersburg second only to Richmond at 115.8 deaths per 100,000 people. Both numbers are far above the average of 22.3 for Virginia in general.
