Virginia General Assembly in Session Next Week

Soon to be Delegates Josh Thomas, Alex Askew, Bonita Anthony, Debra Gardner, Rozia Henson and Rae Cousins. And, at bottom: The majority maker for House Democrats: Michael Feggans.

One of the most historic legislative classes is headed to Richmond, Virginia to officially be sworn-in and start the legislative session next week. The group will include a record number of women and a record number or Black members, including seven Black members in the Virginia Senate.
