Heritage H.S. Marching Storm Band Marches in the National #July4 Parade
Newport News’ Heritage H.S. band — the Marching Storm — was one of only five high school bands to participate in the national July 4th Parade in Washington, D.C. The band is seen on Constitution Avenue in the nation’s capitol this afternoon.
