VMI Board Follows Trump’s Anti-Black Lead, Ousts First Black Leader of Oldest State-Funded Military College in the U.S.
Today, the Virginia Military Institute (VMI) Board of Visitors' voted against extending the contract of retired Army Major General Cedric Wins to continue as VMI’s 15th Superintendent. His contract expires on June 30.
