FAIRFAX DOES FIRST MAJOR TV INTERVIEW SINCE FBI NEWS. Veteran journalist Roland Martin interviewed former Lt. Governor Justin Fairfax on the FBI investigation regarding political motivations backstory here related to the events of Feb. 2019 after Gov. Ralph Northam was hit by a KKK/blackface photo scandal. “The Duke I know and love is going to do the right thing,” said Fairfax during the national TV interview, which took place on Roland Martin Unfiltered on Aug. 17.
A recent series of news stories have shed more light on the 2019 news regarding the former Lt. Governor. Former Governor Doug Wilder also spoke out on the matter on Aug. 10.

CANDIDATE FORUM IN PORTSMOUTH. 🗳 The Hampton Roads Black Caucus conducted a well attended candidate forum on Monday, Aug. 15. The “people’s pastor,” Barry Randall of Portsmouth, Va., spoke on the question (above) of whether The Hampton Roads Black Caucus was a Republican group after a HRBC member commented on the issue.
Sen. Lionell Spruill Sr. and former Delegate Steve Heretick served as forum moderators. Congressman Bobby Scott and his Republican challenger Terry Namkung cordially debated for the first time along with a number of city council and school board candidates.

According to a report in Courthouse News, Miles wrote on her Facebook page in January 2021: The deep state has awoken the sleeping giant. Patriots are not taking this lying down. We are awake, ready and will fight for our rights by any means necessary. A decision to hire Miles in the office of Attorney General was reversed. Now she is suing for defamation.
ICYMI — House Democratic Leader Del. Don Scott spoke at the Virginia Asian American & Pacific Islander Caucus reception in late July in Alexandria. The event was hosted by Del. Mark Keam. Congressman Andy Kim delivered the keynote remarks. Congressman Bobby Scott and Delegates Dan Helmer, Rodney Willett and Mark Sickles attended.

However since then, the Mayor and the Chief have’t been able to produce evidence such an attack was imminent.
