Del. Don Scott Seeks Top Leadership Role in VA House

After Democrats lost control of the Governor’s mansion and the Virginia House, a sudden move to upend the old leadership was discussed on a Dem House Caucus conference all on Sunday, April 24. Now, Del. Don Scott, an attorney from Portsmouth, is moving to become the highest ranking Democrat in the Virginia House.
