Norfolk and Chesapeake: Dem Participation Levels Continue to Rise
LOTS OF CITY COUNCIL CANDIDATES. Many of the City Council candidates in Norfolk and Chesapeake were present for two well attended events in Norfolk and Chesapeake on August 3.

Democrats continue to see an uptick in attendance at their events since the June 21 announcement by President Biden that he was exiting the race. The shift to Vice President Harris has caucused a continuing bounce in donations, volunteer signups and event participation.
