One likely change in 21 days: State Senator Jennifer McClellan is all but certain to make history by the end of this 👊🏽 Black History Month
There’s a historic number of Black candidates 🏃🏾♂️ RUNNING in VIRGINIA 2023 two years after three African Americans appeared on the ballot in the Democratic primary for Governor for the first time in Virginia’s history.
